Shipping: Our hours are monday-friday 8-6mst. Orders
placed before 2:00pm will be shipped same day. Items ordered on the weekends will ship the following monday. This applies for in stock items only.

ORDER PHONE #801-641-3698 Return Policy:Be-Brief always stands behind its merchandise. We will replace any and all defective merchandise within 15 days of purchase. All items must be in new unworn condtion with all the tags attached and returned to Be-Brief. Return postage is the responsibility of the consumer. Also a $10.00 fee will be charged for redirected packages. Health regulations and common sense require that all swimwear & underwear be tried on over underwear or may not be returned. Be-Brief reserves the right to reserve/return any and all items which have been improperly cared for or abused. No return will be accepted without a return authorization number. Any parcel returned without an RA# will be refused.
Refund Policy: Customers who return a product and are not able to take advantage of our exchange or merchandise credit programs, will be issued a refund at the request of the customer minus a 20% restocking fee. New, unused products returned to us within 15 days of the original shipment date will be accepted.
